Flow and Throw is a 3.5-hour immersive workshop designed to help you reconnect your mind, body, and spirit. Combining gentle yin yoga, divination practices, and hands-on pottery, each session is a full-body meditation in motion and creation.
Our hands carry memory and emotion, and through this creative process, they can also release and rewrite our stories. The clay reflects our state of being, teaching us how softness and presence transform both art and self.
Each workshop is a joyful meditation: a chance to let go, play, and rediscover our own magic. Flow and Throw is a ceremony of healing through movement, touch, and creation.
Workshops run for 3.5 hours: 1 hr yin yoga, 30 mins refreshment & oracle card guidance, 1.5 hr at the pottery wheel.
